Kendall Jenner's no stranger to Vogue, but sharing the cover with a cockatoo is something new! The 22-year-old is front and centre for the magazine's April 2018 issue, shot by Mert & Marcus. The supermodel's feathery frock is perfectly complemented by her companions yellow headdress as it sits majestically perched on her pointer finger.

Emma Roberts got in touch with her feline side on the cover of Flaunt's "Nine Lives" issue in 2014. Fellow actress Diane Kruger also posed with a furry friend for an alternate cover.

Purse pup! Lady Gaga's new puppy Asia was her co-star on the cover of Harper's Bazaar in 2014, posing behind the "Poker Face" singer's Chanel bag. This was one of nineteen iconic covers created to feature style icons ranging from Gaga to Cindy Crawford and Penelope Cruz. In the feature, Karl Lagerfeld bonded with his Chanel cover girl over their pets. "Since my Choupette is the most famous cat on the Internet, and Asia is the most famous dog on the Internet, should they meet?" he said. "Does Asia have a personal maid like Choupette does?"

You can't get Rachel Weisz's goat! The actress looked stunning on the cover of AnOther magazine posing alongside a coy Sheena the Alpine goat in 2011. This was the first time the brand had ever put an animal on the cover! They shared some fun facts about Sheena with readers - like her hobbies (eating hay and greeting visitors to the upstate NY farm) and the fact that she'll jump up on the fence when the farm's owner Lisa yells "Hey, girlfriend!"

Meow! In 2014, Lana Del Rey snuggled up to a feline friend in bed for the cover of Rolling Stone. The singer cuddled her own cat while promoting the feature titled The Saddest, Baddest Diva in Rock.

In 2015 the world was buzzing about Miley Cyrus as she went from one shocking moment to the next - and this cover of Paper's summer issue was chief among them. The pig Miley was hugging is her own pet, Bubba Sue, and the feature explored the star's Happy Hippie Foundation, which helps vulnerable populations like the the LGBTQ community and homeless youth.

Monkey business! In a shoot helmed by French fashion phenom Carine Roitfeld, model Kate Upton poses with the chicest baby monkey - clad in a fashion-forward leopard-print diaper. The spread featured various baby animals as models showcased the best of the pre-fall 2013 collections.

Is this the cover of i-D magazine or Cara Delevingne participating in an episode of Fear Factor? The brave model posed with a tarantula spider over one eye in a nod to the brand's famous wink for a 2012 issue. The spread, titled Go to Sleep Things Will be Better In the Morning, was shot at the London Zoo and featured the British supermodel with a range of animals tame and wild.
