Princess Charlotte is growing up so fast, and as she ages the little girl looks more and more like her dad, Prince William, and great-grandma, the Queen, as children. But a new photo of Princess Diana’s niece, Lady Kitty Spencer, has just been discovered – and the two are basically identical! Lady Kitty shared the black-and-white photo to her Instagram account, and fans couldn’t help but excitedly note the resemblance!
The fashionable royal, who models for Dolce & Gabbana, shared the adorable throwback on social media on Thursday (Nov. 22). In the snap, a young Kitty posted in a sweet gingham dress, white socks and black school shoes, wearing a half-up, half-down hairstyle often worn by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s daughter. She captioned the picture: “First day of school #tbt” and her fans went wild! One of her followers commented, “Charlotte looks like you,” while another said, “Now we know how amazingly beautiful Charlotte will be in the future”.
Lady Kitty Spencer, 27, has often been compared to the late Princess of Wales, so Charlotte must get it from her grandmother, who she sadly never had the chance to meet. The adorable three-year-old clearly takes after her father’s side, while her brothers – Prince George, 5, and seven-month-old Prince Louis, looked strikingly similar to their mom as babies. In fact, a recently unearthed baby photo of Kate is practically identical to the youngest member of the Cambridge clan, especially in the latest photos of the baby boy taken for Prince Charles’ 70th birthday.
Louis has undoubtedly inherited the trademark Middleton button nose, his mom’s big brown eyes and her inquisitive brow. He also looks almost identical to how his older brother looked as a little baby, and royal watchers will be over-the-moon to witness how they continue to look more and more like brothers as the fifth in line to the throne grows up. Similarly, they’ll be thrilled to see if Charlotte’s resemblance to her gorgeous royal relative remains as she gets older.
